About The Position
Toromont Cat is looking for a Sales manager to join the team! The Concord Sales Manager will lead, develop and inspire the Equipment Sales team in the achievement of critical strategic goals, and will support strong business decisions, while delivering a superior customer experience. This individual will report into the Concord Branch Manager, and will collaborate with other members of the capital region, sales operations and head office teams in driving operational excellence and strong financial outcomes across the region. For the ideal candidate, this role is also positioned as a tremendous growth opportunity, with the potential to grow into a Branch Manager role in 18 - 24 months' time.
