As our Sales Manager on the Minnesota and Wisconsin Sales team, you will be responsible for leading, training, and developing all Minnesota and Wisconsin Emerging Producers. You will support our new producers by outlining internal and external training opportunities, providing timely and authentic feedback, and setting clear goals to support successful validation. You will collaborate with local, regional, and national sales leadership teams to leverage existing programs and provide feedback to shape future programs available to producers. In addition, in this role you will partner closely with Practice Leaders on deal strategy.
