About The Position

The Sales Lead at Visionworks of America Inc. is a pivotal role responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in the vision care industry. The Sales Lead is knowledgeable about optics and Visionworks' products and services, playing a key role in the operational success of the store.

Requirements

  • Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary.
  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
  • Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
  • Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through continuous training and development.
  • Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals, including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear.
