Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student in a Bachelor's or Master's program in the Fall Semester 2025 at an accredited university or college.
• Field of study: Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Able to start on either June 2nd or June 16th.
• Ability to complete a consecutive 10-12 week internship.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with various stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools.
• Clear communication - excellent writing skills and articulate communicator.
• Must have work authorization in the United States at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.

Nice To Haves

• Rising Junior or Senior at an accredited university or college.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and their applications in business is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the documentation of business requirements and processes related to Salesforce functionalities.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Research and identify potential AI use cases that could be implemented within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Support the development of user stories and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements.
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback and insights on current Salesforce usage and potential AI integrations.
• Create presentation materials and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to the team.
• Assist in testing and validating new features and changes within Salesforce to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to Salesforce and AI technologies.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Benefits
