About The Position

Danfoss is seeking a Sales Engineer to expand the sales of electric heating products across the U.S. and Canada. This role involves developing market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and providing technical support to customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in electric heating solutions or a related industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of electric heating products.
• Commercial and technical experience working with electrical engineers and installers.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel (10-20%), including potential international trips.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop sales opportunities in commercial, residential, and agricultural sectors.
• Provide technical solutions and support to electricians, specifying engineers, and consumers.
• Prepare quotes based on mechanical plans and deliver technical presentations.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide post-sales technical assistance.
• Track sales performance, analyze data, and report insights to management.
• Collaborate with Product Management to address portfolio gaps and support new product development.
