Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred
  • 3+ years of management leadership experience preferred
  • 3+ years of sales or call center-based customer service experience

Responsibilities

  • Creates, supports, and executes key projects focused on revenue, margin, co-owner's value, market share improvement and operational excellence
  • Drive technology and process improvements in D&H's core enablement solutions, including CRM, Phone Systems, Productivity, and CPQ solutions
  • Work directly with Business Operations leaders on key initiatives focused on improving customer SLAs, hiring and talent management, sales tool execution and training
  • Act as the enablement lead helping drive adoption of automation / self-serve tools (Web) through training, communication, and hypercare
  • Collaborate regularly with sales leaders on key projects gathering feedback, ideas, direction as well as providing ongoing status reports
  • Act as best practices coordinator, collaborating with North American sales leadership, assisting with training, process improvements, CRM standardization and sales tactics
  • Organizes sales efforts on new vendor launches - assists with onboarding
  • Responsible for leveraging their expertise, along with the experience of other D&H experts, to build, position, and support sales of new and advanced solutions
  • Acts as lead on behalf of sales leadership on CRM initiatives helping finance, business intelligence and sales execute improvements, launch added enhancements, and implement best practices
  • Establish Business Continuity Plan (BCP) processes, document, communicate, and implement across the organization
  • Collaborate with Business Operations leaders to execute the mission of Operational excellence
  • Provide direction and input on process enhancements and technology focused on customer feedback and needs
  • Creates and maintains business documentation that standardizes best practices across North American sales teams
  • Works with sales leadership and business operations, forecasting and managing workloads to overachieve SLAs
  • Regularly measures and reports on the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives
  • Participate in business operations and sales trainings as requested
  • Adhere to all company policies procedures and ethics including company attendance policy
  • Meet Service Level Agreements, enablement team goals and targets including call handling quotas, quote conversion rates, forecast accuracy, and time to first sale.
