Jeeves is rapidly growing their operations in Colombia and searching for a motivated, ambitious Sales Development Representative to join and help scale our Colombia sales organization. The Sales Development Representative will report to our Country Manager in Mexico / Colombia, and be responsible for closing high-value clients and growing the Colombian market. We are in need of driven sales professionals to focus on generating qualified prospects via a multi channel approach using AI tools, email, WhatsApp, cold calls, events, and channel partners. This position is both hands-on and strategic as they will act in a critical role for Jeeves as the hunter of new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the fintech, finance, or technology industry.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proven experience in prospecting, lead generation, and lead qualification.
  • Experience using various prospecting tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) or similar frameworks.
  • Understanding of the fintech industry, including knowledge of financial products, services, and industry challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients, focusing on those who could benefit from the company's products or services.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to connect with potential clients.
  • Assess the needs and challenges of prospective clients to determine if they align with the company's solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on all leads and prospects within the company's CRM system.
  • Work closely with Account Executives and other sales team members to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • Stay informed about trends, challenges, and opportunities in the fintech industry.
  • Regularly track and report on key performance metrics, such as the number of leads generated, outreach efforts, and conversion rates.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of targeted sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the company's products, services, and value propositions.
  • Gather feedback from prospects and clients about the company's offerings.
