About the position
RudderStack is seeking ambitious individuals to join their team and help shape the future of their customer data platform. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for sourcing new conversations with potential customers, building and enriching prospect lists, and partnering with various departments to refine existing strategies and develop new ones. The role offers remote work flexibility and a salary range of $60,000 - $100,000, depending on location and qualifications. Responsibilities
- Run a playbook to source new conversations with potential RudderStack customers
- Build, clean, and enrich lists to leverage into various prospecting tools
- Prioritize highly engaged prospects and double-down efforts with personalized, thoughtful messages and gifts
- Partner closely with Revenue Operations, Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, Sales Leaders, and Marketing, to refine existing plays and build new ones
- End each day having made an impact
Requirements
- Organized and able to manage multiple lists and tasks
- Ability to think creatively and try new approaches to problem-solving
- Strong work ethic and willingness to put in extra effort
- Experience using Salesforce and LinkedIn is a plus
- Familiarity with contact data sourcing tools such as Zoominfo, Lusha, and LeadIQ is a plus
- Experience with email systems like Outreach or SalesLoft is a plus
- No previous sales experience required
- Salary range for the position is $60,000 - $100,000, depending on location, experience, qualifications, and training.
