Sales Consultant (New Home Sales - Columbus, OH)

Responsibilities

• Learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts.
• Follow up with prospective customers.
• Maintain the sales database.
• Present products to customers.
• Shop the area competition.

Requirements

• No new homes sales experience required.
• A proven track record of two (2) successful years of sales experience highly preferred.
• Ability to provide the highest level of customer service.
• Exceptional communication skills -- both one-on-one and in front of large groups.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license.
