Requirements

• 1-2+ years of retail or fitness sales experience.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.
• Self-motivated and passionate about helping others.
• Ability to exceed sales goals and embrace challenges as opportunities for growth.

• Experience in customer service or sales in a fitness environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a genuine, authentic, and engaging guest experience tailored to individual needs.
• Execute the CARE sales model with each guest, showcasing how 24 Hour Fitness' products/services can meet their fitness needs.
• Conduct tours for potential members, highlighting the facility, equipment, services, and amenities.
• Contact potential members by phone to invite them into the club and assist them in starting their fitness journey.
• Manage and follow up on leads using the Lead Management System and a daily planner for successful lead management and selling activities.
• Generate leads and new business through member promotions, referrals, and guest pass distribution.
• Set appointments for leads effectively.
