Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience, preferably in a business-to-business, service, or distributor sales organization.
• Experience in growing sales year over year.
• Production Operations or Logistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service while maintaining positive partnerships with our customers.
• Hire, train, lead, motivate, and develop branch employees to perform at their highest potential.
• Responsible for internal sales, growth, profit, and key performance indicators.
• Manage timekeeping procedures, preparing budgets, goals, and objectives of the branch to be approved by the regional manager.
• Maintain strong internal control and security over branch funds, products, parts, supplies and other company assets.
