About The Position

Am-Finn is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our dynamic sales team. This role is crucial for managing lead data, scheduling, deal creation, and ensuring efficient communication between the sales team and other departments. The Sales Administrator will help maintain accurate lead information and contribute to the overall success of the sales process.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, particularly within sales or customer service environments.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with lead management tools and data entry systems is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in the sauna or wellness industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of building materials and construction processes.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter lead data into the CRM or relevant database systems.
  • Process and update new leads received from various channels, ensuring proper categorization.
  • Review and organize lead sources, ensuring all information is complete and up-to-date.
  • Upload and maintain lead information from all relevant lead generation sources.
  • Manage and coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and calls for the sales team.
  • Maintain the sales team's calendar, ensuring all appointments are scheduled without conflicts.
  • Assist with setting reminders and follow-ups for important meetings and deadlines.
  • Create new deals within the system based on information provided by the sales team.
  • Ensure that all deal details are accurately entered, including client information, deal terms, and timelines.
  • Track and monitor the progress of deals through the sales pipeline.
  • Review and evaluate all incoming lead sources for quality and completeness.
  • Upload and track lead information from various platforms, such as web forms, email, phone calls, and third-party lead generation tools.
  • Generate basic reports on lead performance and assist in analyzing lead conversion rates.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team, marketing department, and other relevant teams to ensure lead data is properly processed and updated.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to ensure all necessary information is available for deal creation and lead conversion.
