About the position

Mirakl is seeking a Sales Account Manager to be based in their Paris office. The role involves developing Mirakl retail media activities through business development and account management activities. Key responsibilities include defining growth strategy, leading business development operations, negotiating with advertisers, and monitoring performance. The ideal candidate should have a Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or Finance, prior experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management, and fluency in French and English languages. Responsibilities

  • Define growth strategy with Mirakl Marketplace operators business owners (targets, propositions, action plans) aiming to maximize both the volume of active players and the value invested in advertising solutions
  • Lead business development operations though appropriate offers and acquisition channels (1to1, 1tomany)
  • Negotiate and convince advertisers to rapidly start on the platform
  • Support and train advertisers to create advertising campaigns and to optimize them through available product features and data-based recommendations
  • Monitor both operator ads income evolution and performance of key advertisers
  • Constantly animate the ads ecosystem with offers, recommendations, analysis aiming to secure understanding of ads value proposition and business dynamic
  • Be the voice of the advertisers, understanding new business needs in order to develop news features or advertising products

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing or Finance
  • Prior experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management is mandatory
  • Experience in online advertising is preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Appetite for commercial prospection and B2B relationships
  • Highly business-driven individual who thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments
  • Fluency in French and English languages is required.
