About The Position
The Site Safety Manager is responsible for overseeing site safety, health, and environmental efforts for all personnel on the construction site. This position requires a strong background in safety management, particularly in construction environments, and involves direct supervision of the Site Safety Technician and other personnel assigned to safety duties. The Site Safety Manager will enforce compliance with federal, state, local, and company safety regulations, proactively identify hazardous situations, and conduct incident investigations. The role also requires effective communication and relationship management with various stakeholders, including project management, subcontractors, and medical staff.
