Robotic Operations Engineer

Deliver automated construction layout as a service to customers by deploying and operating robots

Debug issues with robots as they arise

Support customers to complete their projects

Collaborate with internal engineering teams and customers to drive improvements to the robot platform

Become knowledgeable about the entirety of the business model and the robotic system

Represent the company while coordinating with customers for future projects

Meet customers directly in the field

Travel frequently (up to 50% of the time) to customer locations

Work directly with customers to solve their challenges

Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders on construction sites

Adjust message and communication style as appropriate for different situations

Have deep familiarity with the construction industry
