Requirements
- ADN/BSN/MSN
- NM State or Multistate License
- BLS Requires at Time of Hire
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care through independent nurse-led visits such as vaccinations, wound care, and patient education
- High-level telephone triage to assess and prioritize patient needs
- Medication refill management using approved nursing protocols
- Coordinating seamless patient flow
- Acting as a primary clinical navigator for our reproductive health population
