The Manager of Patient Safety and Quality provides leadership in maintaining a culture of quality and safety throughout the organization. This role is responsible for overseeing Magnet initiatives, clinical education drivers, quality, patient safety, and acting as the accreditation liaison for 35+ hospital-based clinics. The position requires collaboration with other teams and individuals to coordinate and participate in safety and performance improvement activities. The manager will work with leadership and staff to regularly evaluate the culture of safety using valid and reliable tools, and will manage and guide data collection, analysis, and reporting of patient safety priorities while delivering relevant education within the organization.
