About The Position

The Reverse Logistics Business Analyst at re:Cycle Reverse Logistics LLC is responsible for developing metrics, dashboards, and automated solutions to support sustainability and recovery initiatives within the company's global network. This role is critical in ensuring that operations exceed performance levels by using data-driven metrics to drive accountability and process improvements. The analyst will collaborate with various project leads and business teams to optimize the end-to-end supply chain and influence necessary business actions through effective documentation and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst, data analyst, or similar role.
• 3+ years of experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Quicksight.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience with SQL.
• Experience with Python and ETL automation processing techniques.
• Professional experience in influencing internal and external stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using inventory management systems.
• Background in warehousing, supply chain, inventory management, finance, or project management.
• Experience creating and setting annual operating plans and presenting to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Develop metrics and dashboards to support multiple initiatives within the global network.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Commercials, Program Management, and Finance leadership.
• Coordinate global analytic roll-ups for project work and reporting.
• Create new pipelines for automation, reporting, and analytic opportunities by analyzing key processes.
• Write documentation and create presentations on key initiatives to influence business actions.
• Support sustainability and recovery initiatives and strategy through diverse project portfolios.
