About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 0-3 years of prior work experience in a relevant field
• Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Responsibilities

• Identify and monitor financial and operational risks.
• Evaluate and manage the firm's risks in support of strategic planning.
• Collaborate with various risk teams to address credit, market, liquidity, operational, and model risks.
• Engage with clients to facilitate transactions and provide investment research and analysis.
• Support the Urban Investment Group in making investments that empower underserved communities.
• Assist in executing strategic initiatives and managing financial and operational risks.
