About the position
Showpad is seeking a strategic Revenue Operations Analyst in Bangalore, India. The role involves collaborating with the revenue organization to gather, analyze, map, and align requirements for deploying new functionality or enhancements within the Salesforce.com ecosystem and other analytical tools. The analyst will be responsible for maintaining and improving internal sales forecasts, scorecards, leaderboards, quota modeling processes, and metrics. Additionally, they will support sales reporting deliverables, sales productivity benchmarks, and pipeline metrics insights.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, improve and produce internal sales forecasts, scorecards, and leaderboards in W/M/Q cadences.
- Maintain and improve quota modeling processes and metrics.
- Manage headcount tracking changes and create views that inform sales leadership.
- Support and produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reporting deliverables to the Sales organization.
- Build and maintain sales productivity, attainment, commissions benchmarks, and reporting processes.
- Support and improve the pipeline metrics insights and reporting cadence.
- Develop sales operations processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the revenue organization to gather, analyze, map, and align requirements for the deployment of new functionality or enhancements within the Salesforce.com ecosystem and other analytical tools.
- Meet key business objectives through the deployment of new functionality or enhancements within the Salesforce.com ecosystem and other analytical tools.
Requirements
- Experience in working with Salesforce.com ecosystem and other analytical tools
- Strong analytical and data gathering skills
- Ability to gather, analyze, map, and align requirements for new functionality or enhancements
- Proficiency in maintaining and improving internal sales forecasts, scorecards, and leaderboards
- Knowledge of quota modeling processes and metrics
- Ability to track headcount changes and create informative views for sales leadership
- Experience in producing sales reporting deliverables on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Familiarity with sales productivity, attainment, commissions benchmarks, and reporting processes
- Understanding of pipeline metrics insights and reporting cadence
- Located in Bangalore, India
