Revenue Insights and Analytics Finance Manager

You will be joining Checkr's FP&S team as a Revenue Insights and Analytics Finance Manager. This role focuses on providing data-driven insights and products to improve revenue growth understanding and drive better decision making. Responsibilities include partnering cross-functionally, building dashboards, providing financial support, and collaborating on planning processes. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of analytics experience, strong cross-functional skills, and proficiency in data analysis and business analytics tools. • Provide data-driven insights and products to improve understanding of revenue growth and drive better decision making
• Partner cross-functionally to answer questions about customer segments, pricing policies, sales bookings to revenue conversion, and revenue growth breakdown
• Build dashboards to monitor revenue, pricing, and margin trends
• Provide financial support including preparation of financial plans, management reporting, and ad-hoc analysis
• Collaborate on annual planning process, quarterly reforecasts, and long-range strategic plans
• Think across multiple dimensions of the business and work cross-functionally to deliver results
• Communicate effectively with non-financial audiences
• Take initiative and have a problem-solving mentality
• Perform in-depth data analyses in SQL
• Create KPI reports and dashboards in business analytics tools
• Work with Data/Product/Eng team to access relevant data

• 5+ years of Analytics experience, preferably at high-growth technology companies (SaaS and/or Consumer)
• Ability to think across multiple dimensions of a business (finance, sales, product, marketing, etc.) and work cross-functionally
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with non-financial audiences
• Self-starter with a problem-solving mentality
• Experience in performing in-depth data analyses in SQL
• Experience creating KPI reports and dashboards in business analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
• Experience working with Data/Product/Eng teams to access relevant data
