About The Position

The Revenue Cycle Analyst plays a crucial role in maximizing company bookings by effectively planning and managing all sales activities within their assigned territory. This position requires maintaining seamless communication with internal departments to ensure smooth transitions to Operations, while also focusing on revenue growth and client relationship management.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of five years of healthcare services and/or technology sales or account management specific to Revenue Cycle solutions is required.
  • A minimum of three years of experience within ambulatory, physician-based organizations is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to think critically, investigate discrepancies, and ask clarifying questions.
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining high accuracy.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficient web/internet presentation skills and working knowledge to use web meeting tools is required.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution.
  • Must be able to act both independently and as a team member.
  • Experience with cold calling techniques is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with PowerBI is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage territory sales responsibilities, including all 'Out-of-Family' Trubridge transactions.
  • Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings.
  • Develop a strategic plan to ensure revenue growth in all company's products and services.
  • Manage accounts for long-term success and establish good rapport with clients.
  • Complete targeted calling campaigns.
  • Coordinate appropriate company resources to ensure efficient and consistent sales when requested.
  • Participate in weekly team calls.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of current sales programs and initiatives.
  • Maintain expertise on company's products/services and phone skills to effectively manage sales activities.
