Audible's “Next Chapter” Returnship Program is a paid full-time internship for experienced professionals returning to the workforce after taking time off for caregiving. The program is open to professionals who have at least 5 years of professional experience and have been out of the paid workforce for at least one year to focus on caring for a child or other dependent. If you meet these criteria, we welcome you to apply. This program offers you a chance to revamp your skills, update your resume with new experiences, and make connections with other professionals. As a Technical Recruiter, you will drive sourcing and closing strategies, identify and recommend process improvements, and partner with team members to recruit for a variety of technical roles across the United States and Mexico. You'll join a group of Recruiters and Sourcers who share a deep commitment to delighting our customers and collaborative success. Whether you are working with internal stakeholders or potential candidates, you'll be able to make an impact through relationship building, and consistently delivering exceptional talent to support Audible's growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 3+ years equivalent recruiting experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting for technical roles; you have a natural curiosity to learn more about the roles you recruit for and the products/technology the teams you support
  • Experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize and report out on recruiting progress

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring teams to build and execute effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches while effectively managing customer and partner expectations
  • Drive positive candidate experiences by influencing teams to follow sourcing, prepping, and closing best practices
  • Build and nurture diverse talent networks through authentic relationship management
  • Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-term growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting
  • Articulate recruiting plans and strategies both verbally and in writing that include deliverables, timelines, and formal tracking processes
