Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Good customer service and communication skills necessary.
• Strong computer skills to utilize retail software and other company software.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to guests, retail customers, and employees with friendly assistance and knowledge of Retail Shops' merchandise and resort facilities.
• Uphold all Enchantment Resort guest service standards and practices at all times.
• Accurately charge merchandise in the point-of-sale system.
• Handle cash procedures accurately, following all cash handling policies.
• Effectively operate computer cash register and POS systems.
• Demonstrate knowledge of and ability to sell merchandise.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail merchandise and resort offerings.
• Maintain the highest levels of customer service, guest satisfaction ratings, and scores on secret shopper reports.
• Maintain overall cleanliness of the Retail Shops.
• Assist co-workers and perform all Retail Shops duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
