About The Position

Retail Sales and Service Assistant Manager is responsible for providing a superior level of staff and member service through coaching, reporting, project management, and branch coverage. Responsible for supervising the efficient daily operations of the branch, including operations, lending, product sales, member service, and security and safety in accordance with the Credit Union's objectives.

Requirements

  • Availability to work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:15am - 6:15pm.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field, or four years of equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in retail banking and/or sales management role.
  • Knowledge and experience in a variety of banking/credit union functions and departments.
  • Previous experience leading, coaching and motivating a team directly and indirectly.
  • Knowledge and proven abilities in outside and inside sales.
  • Proven ability to drive results.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization and delegation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and good judgment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Positive professional appearance and attitude.
  • Ability to work in a complex, competitive, and rapidly changing environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Compliance with the terms and conditions outlined in TruStone Financial's SAFE Act Policy.
  • Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all its provisions.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and various background checks.
  • Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.
