About The Position

The position involves analyzing and auditing fuel purchases and sales by loads nationwide to ensure accuracy and completeness. The role requires communication with various departments, stores, and third-party suppliers and customers to obtain necessary information for verifying data on fuel loads. Additionally, the position includes balancing fuel inventory by product and location.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college preferred.
• 2 years of accounting, accounts payable or inventory experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• RightAngle and/or Fuel Smart experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review trends to make informed decisions in order to balance fuel inventory.
• Review load detail in accounting systems and verify accuracy based on paperwork.
• Audit and distribute reports.
• Communicate with various internal departments and external contacts to obtain all necessary detail needed to ensure data on fuel loads is accurate.
• Work cross-functionally with the freight and margin teams to ensure data is accurate.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
