About The Position
The Resource Integration Coach position is a grant-funded role under the general guidance and direction of the Human Services Manager. The coach will coordinate closely with the Human Services team to deliver comprehensive and integrated services to families. The primary responsibility is to provide resources and support to help families overcome systematic barriers and achieve long-term economic stability. Incumbents will meet families in various community settings and provide tailored support to help access vital resources such as housing and employment.
