Research Associate, Platform Biology

This position is a key role within the Platform Biology group at Arvinas, a clinical-stage biotechnology company specializing in targeted protein degradation therapeutics. The role involves supporting the discovery and characterization of PROTACs and related molecules for Arvinas' research programs. The position requires strong experimental skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members to deliver high-quality data for early drug discovery efforts. The successful candidate will be based at Arvinas' headquarters in New Haven, CT.

• Execute compound profiling assays using cell-based and biochemical formats to support lead identification, optimization, and off-target liabilities for targeted protein degraders.
• Develop cell-based and biochemical assays to support the discovery and optimization of targeted protein degraders.
• Utilize automated liquid handling systems and screening platforms to acquire data and optimize screening throughput and quality.
• Collaborate with senior group members and project teams to optimize assay performance and interpret data.
• Contribute to the design and execution of experiments to advance the understanding of PROTACs and related molecules.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of experimental procedures, results, and observations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific literature and technologies relevant to protein degradation therapeutics.
• Participate in team meetings and present findings to internal stakeholders.
• Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
