About The Position

The Requirements Analyst will be a key member of the Requirements Team, responsible for capturing and defining system requirements for government IT applications and systems. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to elicit and translate business needs into detailed user stories and workflows, ensuring that developers and testers understand the requirements for successful implementation. The analyst will support the full lifecycle of requirements management, including gathering, analyzing, verifying, and validating client system needs.

Requirements

• TS/SCI with Poly Required
• 2-8 years related experience
• Experience gathering and writing business or software requirements
• Experience working collaboratively with team members, government clients, and stakeholders
• Ability to think critically and identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions
• Ability to perform in a high-paced work environment with multiple competing priorities
• Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree (desired)

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting the Intelligence Community (IC)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities in ambiguous situations
• Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle Process and Agile development
• Experience with Microsoft Visio

Responsibilities

• Capture and define system requirements for government IT applications and systems.
• Elicit and define requirements from stakeholders and translate them into system requirements for developers.
• Document business needs, processes, and procedures into user stories, process charts, and workflows.
• Coordinate with developers and testers to ensure understanding of requirements and support implementation.
• Support the full lifecycle of requirements management, including gathering, analyzing, verifying, and validating requirements.
