About The Position

Texas Oncology is looking for a Remote Senior Client Success Manager to join our team! This position is fully remote with 50% travel from February through August, but not every week. Travel is only during new site implementations. Texas Oncology is the largest community oncology provider in the country and has approximately 600+ providers in 280+ sites across Texas and southeastern Oklahoma. Our founders pioneered community-based cancer care because they believed in making the best available cancer care accessible to all communities, allowing people to fight cancer at home with the critical support of family and friends nearby. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and five years of experience leading process improvement projects (or equivalent progressive professional experience).
  • Demonstrated experience as a change management, client success professional, ideally in a leadership role within the healthcare sector, with a successful track record of managing and implementing digital initiatives.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry, specifically working with provider practices, to support the successful adoption and integration of digital initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership and influencing capabilities, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including clinicians and administrative staff.
  • Exceptional presentation skills with solid communication capabilities and practices, both oral and written, enabling clear and persuasive conveyance of complex information to diverse audiences within the healthcare environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the capacity to assess complex situations, identify root causes, and develop effective, data-driven solutions.
  • Successful track record of working independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in various work environments.
  • Strong sense of project ownership with a high sense of urgency, ensuring proactive and decisive action in driving project success and meeting organizational timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough change impact assessments to identify potential risks and obstacles and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans aimed at maximizing employee adoption and minimizing resistance.
  • Lead and manage change initiatives to ensure the successful achievement of project objectives within set timeframes and budgets.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment of objectives, and effective execution of change initiatives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, project teams, and employees, to develop and execute effective change management plans.
