About The Position

As a Remote Customer Care Specialist at EcoWay Voyagers, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression. Requirements

  • Comfortable using email, phone systems, CRM software, and other digital tools to perform customer care tasks and assist clients.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in client communications, booking arrangements, and issue resolution.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Interacting with clients via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, provide information about our eco-friendly travel services, and offer assistance with booking arrangements.
  • Resolving client concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Assisting clients with booking flights, accommodations, tours, and activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to sustainability criteria.
  • Providing guidance and support to clients throughout their travel experience, including offering recommendations, coordinating logistics, and addressing any emergencies or disruptions.
  • Soliciting feedback from clients about their travel experiences, actively listening to their suggestions or concerns, and implementing improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining detailed and organized records of client interactions, bookings, payments, and resolutions using our internal systems and software.
  • Staying informed about eco-friendly travel practices, destination information, and industry trends to provide up-to-date and accurate assistance to clients.
