The position of Release Manager & Automation Architect is part of the AI & Analytics practice, which focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence and data analytics to help clients make informed business decisions. This role is based in San Francisco, CA.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing releases for complex software products.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in automation tools like Selenium and programming languages such as Java.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the release management process for sales applications, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
• Coordinate with development, QA, operations, and product management teams to develop release strategies, schedules, and plans.
• Identify and address release risks and dependencies to minimize impact on timelines.
• Lead readiness reviews, ensuring all criteria are met before deployment approval.
• Conduct daily triage calls and provide status reports during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Enhance release management processes through feedback analysis and optimization initiatives.
• Implement automated processes for creating test accounts using Selenium and Java.
