About The Position
The Rehabilitation Therapy Aide Lead is responsible for the safety, housekeeping, maintenance, infection control, and supplies and equipment needs of the department. The Rehab Therapy Aide Lead trains and mentors new staff. The Rehab Therapy Aide Lead also assists therapists to support patient care as needed. This position is part of the 1199SEIU Bargaining Unit at Cooley Dickinson Hospital. This position reports to the Assistant Director, Rehabilitation Services and operates within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures.
