About The Position
Bring Your Nursing Expertise to Behavioral Health Crisis Care The Centers is launching the Behavioral Health Crisis Centers (BHCC) this September, an innovative, state-of-the-art facility designed to expand access to immediate, trauma-informed support for adults experiencing mental health or substance use crises. We are hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for our Crisis Receiving Center. Provide high-quality healthcare to individuals experiencing behavioral health emergencies. Your Clinical Role: Deliver assessment, treatment, coordination, and education to patients across the lifespan in a fast-paced crisis setting. Function as a key clinical team member providing holistic, patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing
- Current, unrestricted Ohio RN license
- 1+ years clinical nursing experience
- BLS certification, at least 2 weeks prior to start

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care: triage, assessments, care coordination
- Utilize nursing process per Ohio's Nurse Practice Act
- Administer treatments and medications per provider orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Educate patients and families on conditions and treatments
- Document accurately in electronic medical record
- Participate in Quality Assurance and Improvement activities
