As a Regional Administrative Assistant at AutoZone, you'll provide essential support to our Regional Team and office staff, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Requirements

  • 2-3 years of general administrative/office and customer relations experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to regional staff, ensuring maximum productivity.
  • Handle all employee interactions and files with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Screen incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect or take messages as needed.
  • Prioritize mail, draft responses, and refer complex issues to the right person.
  • Plan and schedule meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure all necessary software, equipment, meeting space, and supplies are ready for events.
  • Make travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and manage travel expense reporting.
  • Collect, analyze, and compile information for various reports.
  • Organize and process payment of invoices.
  • Collect information, analyze data, and identify solutions to administrative challenges.
  • Keep track of inventory, place orders, and verify receipt of supplies.
  • Oversee the maintenance of office equipment, including computers and copy machines.
  • Maintain files and office equipment to ensure a tidy and efficient workspace.
