About The Position
We're looking for a detail-driven, systems-savvy Recruiting Operations Specialist to join our high-performing Talent team at Tubi. This is a critical role that blends logistics and operations-you'll lead interview coordination across all departments and be our go-to expert for recruiting systems, reporting, and process improvements. In this role, you'll drive a high-quality, high-touch candidate experience while partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to keep our hiring process moving smoothly. You'll also own recruiting data integrity, help scale operational workflows, and bring clarity and structure to a fast-paced, evolving environment. This is a hybrid role that can be based in Los Angeles or San Francisco.
