About The Position

Fox Rothschild LLP is seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Litigation Associate for its New York office. The ideal candidate will have three to six years of experience in commercial real estate litigation and general commercial litigation. This role involves handling various aspects of real estate litigation, including landlord-tenant disputes, construction contracts, and co-op/condominium litigation.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the State of New York.
• Three to six years of commercial real estate litigation experience.
• Strong research and writing skills.

• Experience with development agreements and contract disputes.

Responsibilities

• Handle various aspects of real estate litigation including landlord-tenant disputes, construction contracts, and co-op/condominium litigation.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents.
• Represent clients in court and during alternative dispute resolution processes.
• Collaborate with clients and other attorneys to develop case strategies.
