About The Position

The Atlanta office of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP is seeking an associate to join its Development, Investments, Real Estate Transactions team. This role focuses on commercial real estate, development, investment, financing, and leasing, representing a diverse range of clients including national retailers, restaurant operating companies, corporate end users, private equity, and institutional investors in various investment and development transactions across the country.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of meaningful experience in real estate law.
• Experience in acquisition, leasing, and development of commercial real estate.
• Knowledge of various asset classes including office, retail, restaurant, industrial, and mixed-use properties.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with legal project management experience.
• Member in good standing of the Georgia Bar or willing to seek admission.

Responsibilities

• Represent national retailers, restaurant operating companies, and corporate end users in real estate transactions.
