About The Position

Marucci Sports is looking for a Raw Materials Processor to join our team! You will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all incoming raw materials required for the company's bat production process, while also sorting and maintaining inventory levels. This role also collaborates effectively with other team members to support various operational needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Related experience preferred.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong focus on safety.
• Reliable and dependable with good attendance.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming raw materials ensuring they are appropriately categorized.
• Process and sort incoming cut bats.
• Safely operate forklifts and reach trucks to move and store materials as needed.
• Maintain the work area clean and organized, ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
• Replenish shop with available inventory as needed.
• Unload/load all incoming/outgoing shipments.
• Restack pallets for inventory placement, ensuring stability and proper organization.
• Assist in other areas as needed.
• Utilize basic computer skills for inventory tracking, data entry, and communication.
