Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive fast lube or maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks quickly and accurately.
- Inspect vehicles for potential mechanical problems and communicate findings to customers and management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and explaining services performed.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
