About The Position

The ADMS Test Lead at Infosys is responsible for acting as a validation and quality assurance expert, reviewing the functionality of existing systems, and ensuring superior outcomes through effective test strategy and execution. This role involves designing optimal test environments to simulate real-time scenarios and collaborating with talented professionals to deliver high-quality, defect-free solutions that meet client needs. The position emphasizes teamwork, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence within a diverse work culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• 4 years of Information Technology experience with test processes and methodologies.
• At least 4+ years of experience with OSI ADMS-OMS, DMS, EMS, SCADA applications.
• Experience with testing strategies and test execution.
• Knowledge and experience with the full SDLC lifecycle.
• Experience with Lean/Agile development methodologies.

Nice To Haves

• Good knowledge of SCADA Point to Point data mapping linking, Analog Points, and Power flow applications.
• Experience with ADO/JIRA test management tool.
• Excellent client communication skills and onsite-offshore coordination skills.
• Very good understanding of the Software Test life cycle activities through practice in multiple projects.
• Analytical and communication skills.
• Desire to work in a global delivery environment.
• Ability to work in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
