About the position
As a member of the Partner Management team at Blacklane, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the quality standards of our chauffeur services globally. Working closely with various teams, including Brand, Communication, Marketing, and Operations, you will support and motivate our professional chauffeurs to deliver a consistently safe, reliable, and elevated guest experience. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing data-driven training programs, managing quality assurance frameworks, conducting spot checks, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement. If you are passionate about quality, professionalism, and delivering high-quality services, and have experience in setting up and implementing training programs within luxury industries, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead Blacklane's chauffeur training programs globally using a data-driven approach
- Use data to identify areas of improvement in chauffeur performance and quality and provide insights for new training materials
- Manage the auditing process, quality assurance frameworks, and conduct spot checks
- Manage the quality of partners by analyzing data, setting clear expectations, and providing frameworks for other operations teams
- Support market managers, specialists, and remote teams on all quality and training related topics
- Carry out theoretical and practical sessions covering key competency areas in chauffeur training modules
- Design and grow theoretical and practical courses in all segments of chauffeur training and manage the Learning Management System
- Promote a culture of teamwork, sustainability, stability, respect, and tolerance
- Provide feedback and continuously develop the effectiveness of course material to Team Lead and Head of Partner Operations.
Requirements
- 4+ years relevant work experience in a business environment
- Strong passion for quality, professionalism, and delivering high-quality services
- In-depth understanding of luxury service elements and ability to ensure guest satisfaction
- Passionate about electric vehicles, sustainability, and the future of mobility
- Experience in setting up and implementing quality and training programs within luxury industries, with a track record of improved performance
- Strong data analysis skills, including gathering, analyzing, and drawing meaningful conclusions
- Team player with the ability to motivate the team and develop a sense of pride associated with chauffeuring
