This role involves coordinating the development of personal futures plans for each individual served, scheduling team meetings, and informing all team members of the details. The professional is responsible for scheduling and chairing screenings for program vacancies and developing waiting lists for potential consumer vacancies. Additionally, they monitor service sites to ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements, implementing necessary corrective plans as required by regulatory bodies. They also monitor incident reports to address patterns and share reports with appropriate external agencies when necessary. The role includes supervising the delivery of service plans and training staff, maintaining fiscal spending within approved budgets, and monitoring worker's compensation and unemployment claims for assigned service sites. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
