About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Inpatient Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a vital member of our inpatient psychiatric unit, you'll have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to individuals with a range of psychiatric conditions, helping them stabilize, heal, and build the foundation for long-term recovery.

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New Jersey
• Certification in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing
• Experience in inpatient psychiatric care

Nice To Haves

• Experience with advanced interventional psychiatry
• Familiarity with substance use disorder treatment
• Previous work in a Magnet-recognized health system

Responsibilities

• Provide daily psychiatric care in our 10-bed, voluntary mental health unit at Virtua Willingboro Hospital
• Assist attendings on our other 2 psychiatric units at Virtua Willingboro as needed
• Participate in weekend on-call to support patient needs
