National Provider Data Management is a shared service within National Health Plan, established to consistently meet provider data and network information requirements through common business processes, technology solutions and decision-making tools that meet the needs of our members, markets, and regulators. Our team within NPDM defines, develops, and maintains a suite of systems and tools that support provider data management. We work closely with market partners and IT to evaluate and implement technology solutions to continuously improve data quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university OR Minimum three (3) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): Creativity; Applied Data Analysis; Conflict Resolution; Service Focus.

Nice To Haves

  • One (1) years data analytics experience.
  • One (1) years experience working with advanced Excel functions including, formulas, pivot tables, vlookup, macros, etc.
  • Knowledge of provider data regulations and/or data.
  • Familiarity with multiple databases and data organization.
  • Able to communicate with highly technical teams with ease.
  • Knowledge of SQL.

Responsibilities

  • Supports strategic planning and organizational alignment and prioritization of business initiatives.
  • Manages projects or project components under the guidance of team members.
  • Participates in change management activities associated with business initiatives.
  • Performs data analyses to support business initiatives.
  • Supports compliance of work activities by adhering to KP, departmental, and/or business line policies and procedures.
