About The Position

Epsilon Systems is seeking a full-time Proposal Pricing Manager who will be responsible for managing proposal pricing efforts to support growth in DOD, Federal Civilian, and commercial markets. The role involves developing high-quality, competitively priced proposals that comply with RFP requirements. The Proposal Pricing Manager will collaborate with various teams and report to the Vice President of Finance, ensuring timely submission of proposals and effective pricing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration or a related field, or 5 years of additional experience in a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in proposal management and pricing.
  • Familiarity with various contract types including Firm Fixed Price, Time and Materials, Cost Plus Incentive Fee, and Cost-Plus Fixed Fee contracts.
  • Experience with IDIQ, MAC, and Task Orders.
  • Knowledge of Government proposal development and SCA proposals.
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Excel and Government Cost Accounting Principles.
  • Ability to lead pricing review meetings and multi-task in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret RFP data and develop Price to Win strategies.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ProPricer.
  • Familiarity with Deltek Costpoint software.
  • Knowledge of Shipley & Associates Proposal Development methodology.
  • Experience with GovWin.
  • Detailed knowledge of source selection/evaluation process including cost and price analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of pricing volume development and comprehensive cost models for Federal solicitations.
  • Analyze contract requirements and ensure compliance with RFP requirements and corporate policies.
  • Develop win strategies and pricing analysis with recommendations for pricing and staffing.
  • Assist in developing cost volume completion schedules and pricing strategies in coordination with the proposal team.
  • Communicate risks and opportunities while developing compliant pricing strategies.
  • Schedule and facilitate pricing meetings with business unit leadership and proposal teams.
  • Work closely with Contracts, Finance, Business Development, and Purchasing to ensure accuracy in cost proposals.
  • Manage simultaneous proposals and maintain schedules effectively.
