This position oversees all day-to-day operations of an assigned property. Some of their duties are handling comments, complaints, and requests from tenants, collecting rent payments, contacting tenants who have not paid their rental payment, and preparing eviction notices. They are required to solve any emergency or situation related to one of the apartments. A key duty of a property manager is to ensure that the property is healthy, habitable, presentable, and operational. They work collaboratively with maintenance staff and leasing agents where applicable and is responsible for routine property inspections and processing work order request to keep the community running smoothly.
