About The Position

Peak Living is currently seeking a qualified Resident Account Specialist to join our team! At Peak Living, our employees love where they work! The Resident Account Specialist supports and assists the Regional Vice President and onsite teams by handling collections and leasing activities remotely. This role is critical in ensuring accurate rent collections, promoting lease renewals, and assisting with various administrative tasks to streamline operations across our properties.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience with Yardi
• At least 3-5 years of experience in property management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Must have the ability to communicate in English
• Must have the ability to travel 1 week per month

Responsibilities

• Help process move ins/move outs for multiple properties
• Responsible for processing payables for multiple properties
• Responsible for researching payables to ensure accuracy
• Responsible to help VP with processing reclasses/accruals
• Assist with variance report writing
