About The Position

The Project Manager at Insane Impact, LLC is responsible for overseeing and managing project details to ensure successful project completion. This includes leading, planning, delegating, and communicating with various stakeholders such as employees, contractors, and clients. The role emphasizes customer focus, safety, and teamwork, and requires periodic travel to job sites for coordination and oversight.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience in project management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of basic construction, AV, and/or networking experience is a plus.
  • Excellent technical and computer skills, including experience with project management software (Microsoft Office suite, Asana, NetSuite).
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment (telehandler, scissor lift, boom lift) and work at elevated heights is preferred.
  • Ability to read and modify CAD project drawings (AutoCAD, Vectorworks, ConnectCAD).
  • OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain it.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • Driver's License with a clean driving record and ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs and travel to job sites.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, Vectorworks, ConnectCAD).
  • Experience in the AV industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project details to ensure successful completion of projects.
  • Lead, plan, delegate, and communicate with employees, contractors, and clients.
  • Travel periodically to job sites for coordination and oversight.
  • Verify picklists and shipments before they are sent to job sites.
  • Coordinate with installation teams to ensure timely arrival of all project items.
  • Organize project schedules and logistical details for all phases of the project.
  • Lead company efforts on projects with electrical and low voltage contractors.
  • Find providers and delegate on-site technical support as needed.
  • Perform quality control to maintain project standards.
  • Ensure customer sign-off and approvals upon job completion.
  • Complete Daily Job Progress Summaries and necessary documentation in a timely manner.
  • Attend meetings with subcontractors to identify and address process gaps.
