About The Position

Aspiring Vietnam is currently looking for talented project coordinators who can develop projects under the Entrepreneurship-Education-Entertainment-oriented programs. The role involves developing communication, personnel, events, budget, and risk plans to ensure project quality. Project coordinators will work directly with Project Managers to implement projects, manage administrative tasks, and collaborate with departments and external partners. They will also coordinate with Project Managers to conduct training sessions, supplementing necessary skills for project members, and write project reports for supervisors if required.

Requirements

  • A passion for social activities and a desire to learn and grow
  • Good insight into the education, entrepreneurship, and entertainment fields
  • Sense of responsibility for work: Work hard and fully complete assigned tasks
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good command of English
  • Relevant experience and knowledge of project planning is an advantage
  • Commit to work for at least 3 months

Responsibilities

  • Develop projects under the Entrepreneurship-Education-Entertainment-oriented programs
